Cash Time Positions

Loan Officer:

In this position you will be responsible for making lending decisions, analyzing credit reports and interviewing potential customers and determining their credit worthiness. You will also be required to assist in making low-end collection calls when available. This position best suits a person who will be open and outgoing with customers, willing to communicate and work well with other individuals. Experience in lending and a familiarity with vehicles is a plus, but we are willing to train.

Collector:

In this position you will be handling past due auto finance accounts. You must ensure proper coverage of your assigned base of accounts, making sure all accounts are worked according to Company policy. This is a hands on position where you will be working closely with upper management to determine the best course of action for your accounts. You must at all times provide good customer service and maintain a good relationship with your customer base.

Cashier/Receptionist:

This position requires a person who can multi task many duties. You must be able to handle multiple phone lines, count and organize cash and have good computer skills. Filing and scanning is also a large part of your responsibilities. Since the receptionist is the first person our customers see, we are looking for someone who is positive and happy to be at work!

Collection Manager:

All the duties of a collector plus; you will oversee 3-5 collectors and all aspects of their work day. You will be required to monitor their attendance, including breaks, lunch hours, vacation and any other personal time taken. Determine any training needs associated with each staff member. Provide input to management as to the performance of each employee and any corrective actions if needed. This position also will be responsible for repossession activity and inventory disposal.

General Manager:

This position requires knowledge of all the positions listed above plus, you will oversee all employees at your store, including hiring or termination along with any corrective action needed. You will manage the Sales and lending decisions by your loan officers and the collections and repossession decisions of your collectors. You are ultimately responsible for the activity at your store. Other responsibilities include cash handling, building maintenance, and daily and monthly reporting to the Corporate office. This is a very challenging but financially rewarding position!
