You provide information about yourself to a variety of businesses and organizations. The same is true when you do business with our company. You’re asked to provide us with certain personal information that helps us give you a better service and complete your transactions more effectively.

In connection with your transaction, Cash Time Title Loans, Inc. and / or Cash Time Financial Services, LLC. hereinafter “Cash Time” may obtain information about you as described in this notice which we handle as stated in this notice.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words “We”, “our”, and “us” in this notice, we mean Cash Time Title Loans, Inc. and / or Cash Time Financial Services, LLC. and its various locations located throughout Arizona.
When we use the words “you” and “your” we are referring to our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us by purchasing or holding financial products or services from us such as:
- A Loan Account
- A Sales Finance contract originated by others and purchased/assigned to Cash Time.
We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you and the measures we take to secure that information. First, let’s define some terms:
Nonpublic Personal Information
Means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. It does not include information that is available from public sources such as telephone directories or government records. Hereafter, we will use the term information to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.
An Affiliate
Is a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.
A Nonaffiliated Third Party
is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours. This is also known as nonaffiliated third party or, simply, an “other party”.
The Information We Collect:
We collect information about you from the following sources:
- Information you give us in written or electronic format, either directly or through a customer lead provider.
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others.
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
The Information We Disclose to Others:
Cash Time will not disclose any of the information collected, as described above, except as permitted by law. This might include:
- To companies that service your account or perform marketing services on its behalf or to other financial institutions with which it has joint marketing agreements or to prevent unauthorized transactions.
- To a company that performs information management services on its behalf.
- To an affiliate of Cash Time.
- To one or more lender(s) with which it has banking relationships. If you would like to limit the lenders to which your credit information is submitted, please identify the lenders to which you would like your credit information submitted:
- Cash Time may make such disclosures about you as a consumer or customer.
We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you as a consumer, customer or former customer to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
Cash Time will not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to safeguard your nonpublic personal information.
