Cash Time Positions

Loan Officer:

In this position you will be responsible for making lending decisions, analyzing credit reports and interviewing customers to determine their credit worthiness. You will also be required to assist in making low-end collection calls when available. This position is best suited for individuals that are personable, good communicators, and work well with others. Experience in lending and a familiarity with motor vehicles is a plus, but we are willing to train.

Collector:

In this position you will be handling past due auto finance accounts. You must ensure proper coverage of your assigned base of accounts, making sure all accounts are worked according to Company policy. This is a hands on position where you will be working closely with upper management to determine the best course of action for your accounts. You must at all times provide good customer service and maintain a good relationship with your customer base.

Cashier/Receptionist:

This position requires a person who can multi-task many duties. You must be able to handle multiple phone lines, count and organize cash, and have good computer skills. Filing and scanning is also a large part of your responsibilities. Since the receptionist is the first person our customers see, we are looking for someone with a good positive attitude.

Collection Manager:

In addition to the duties of a Collector, this position is responsible for the oversight of the collection department, including the recovery and liquidation of motor vehicles. Also, you will monitor your personnel’s attendance, breaks, and personal time off. The Collection Manager is responsible for the training of each staff member and must provide evaluations to senior management on job performance with recommendations for corrective action if necessary.

General Manager:

This position requires knowledge of all the positions listed above including the hiring and management of all employees at your store. You will manage the sales and lending decisions of your loan officers, the collections department, and all other activities in your store. Other responsibilities include cash handling, building maintenance, and daily and monthly reporting to the corporate office. This is a very challenging and rewarding position!
